We take safety seriously. Every session is supervised, every customer is briefed, and every rule exists for a reason. Read this before you book.
YOUR SAFETY BRIEFING
Every customer receives a full safety briefing before entering any room. This is mandatory and takes place before your session begins. Please arrive on time to allow for your briefing — late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
Arrive on time
Arrive at your booked time to allow for your full safety briefing.
Receive your briefing
A trained member of staff will walk you through all safety rules and procedures.
Suit up
You'll be fitted with all required protective equipment before entering any room.
Enter supervised
Staff will be present throughout your session. Follow their instructions at all times.
THE RULES
These rules apply to every session, every room, every time. No exceptions.
Protective Equipment
- Full protective equipment must be worn at all times inside any room.
- Equipment will be provided and fitted before your session begins.
- Do not remove any protective equipment while inside a room.
- If equipment becomes damaged or uncomfortable, stop immediately and inform staff.
Conduct in the Rooms
- Follow all staff instructions at all times — no exceptions.
- Only smash items that have been designated for destruction.
- Do not throw items at other participants or at staff.
- Do not attempt to leave the room without notifying staff first.
- Sessions will be stopped immediately if rules are not followed.
Health & Fitness
- You must be in good physical health to participate.
- Inform staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before your session.
- Do not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- If you feel unwell during a session, stop immediately and inform staff.
Age & Participation Requirements
- Age requirements will be clearly displayed at time of booking — check before booking for your group.
- All participants must sign a waiver before taking part.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we deem unfit to take part safely.
IN AN EMERGENCY
If at any point you feel unsafe, stop immediately and call for staff. Emergency exits are clearly marked in all rooms. Staff are trained in first aid and will respond immediately to any incident.
